Questions
Do I have to connect my bank?
No. MuCash never asks for a bank login and has no access to your accounts or messages. You enter what you want to track, which is why it works in any country and with any bank.
Can two people use the same book?
Yes. Create a business book, share the invite code, and every member sees the same numbers live. You choose whether each person can edit or only look.
Does it work for a shop as well as a household?
That is the point. The personal book is for your own money, the business book is for the shop, and they never mix — even in the reports.
Which currencies are supported?
Over 40, including USD, EUR, GBP and TRY. Each book can use a different one, so a shop in dollars and a household in another currency live side by side.
Can I get my data out?
Any month exports as PDF or CSV. You can also delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, with no email required.
What does it cost?
The app is free to use. A Plus tier with longer history and cloud backup is coming later.
