Privacy Policy

MuCash ("the app", "we") is a mobile app for keeping track of personal and business money. This page explains what is collected while you use it, what it is used for, and what you can ask us to do.

What we collect

• Account details — your email address, your name if you enter one, and the basic identity your provider shares when you sign in with Google or Apple.
• Your entries — the income, expenses, debts, goals and recurring rules you type in yourself. All of it is data you entered.
• Subscription status — if you subscribe to MuCash Plus, whether that subscription is active, handled through RevenueCat.

We never access your bank account, your card, or your text messages, and we never ask for them. Every figure in the app was typed in by hand.

What it is used for

• Creating your account and syncing what you entered between your devices.
• Reminders — an upcoming debt date, for example. These are scheduled on your phone, not sent from a server.
• Managing a MuCash Plus subscription.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and the app contains no advertising SDK.

Services involved

• Google Firebase — sign-in and database, on Google Cloud.
• Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple — only if you choose them.
• RevenueCat — subscription status, if you use MuCash Plus.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — they take the payment. Your card details never reach us.

How long it is kept, and deleting it

Your entries are kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, under Settings. You can also write to privacy@mucash.app and we will do it within 30 days.

Your rights

Under GDPR and Turkey’s KVKK you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, take it elsewhere, or have it deleted. Write to the address above.

Children

MuCash is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page and the date above changes with it.
