MuCash Gizlilik Politikası

MuCash ("uygulama", "biz"), kişisel ve işletme finans takibi yapmanı sağlayan bir mobil uygulamadır. Bu belge, uygulamayı kullanırken hangi verilerin toplandığını, nasıl kullanıldığını ve haklarını açıklar.

Topladığımız veriler

• Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresin, adın (girersen) ve Google/Apple ile giriş yaptığında bu sağlayıcıların paylaştığı temel kimlik bilgileri.
• Finansal kayıtlar: senin manuel olarak eklediğin gelir/gider işlemleri, borç/alacak kayıtları, hedefler ve otomatik işlem kuralları. Bu veriler tamamen senin girdiğin bilgilerdir.
• Abonelik bilgisi: MuCash Plus'a abone olursan, abonelik durumun (aktif/pasif) RevenueCat aracılığıyla işlenir.

Banka hesabına, kredi kartına veya SMS mesajlarına hiçbir zaman erişmeyiz ve bunları istemeyiz. Tüm finansal kayıtlar elle girilir.

Verileri nasıl kullanıyoruz

• Hesabını oluşturmak ve cihazların arasında verilerini senkronize etmek için.
• Uygulama içi bildirimler göndermek için (örneğin yaklaşan borç tarihleri) — sadece cihazında yerel olarak planlanır.
• MuCash Plus aboneliğini yönetmek için.

Verilerini reklam amacıyla kullanmıyoruz, üçüncü taraflara satmıyoruz ve reklam SDK'sı bulundurmuyoruz.

Verilerin paylaşıldığı hizmetler

• Google Firebase — kimlik doğrulama ve veritabanı (Google Cloud altyapısı).
• Google Sign-In / Apple Sign in with Apple — tercih edersen giriş yapmak için.
• RevenueCat — abonelik durumu yönetimi (MuCash Plus kullanıyorsan).
• Apple App Store / Google Play — abonelik ödemelerini bu mağazalar işler; kart bilgilerin bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz.

Veri saklama ve silme

Verilerin hesabın aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabını ve tüm verilerini silmek istersen privacy@mucash.app adresine yazman yeterli; talebini en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alırız.

Haklarınız

KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerine erişme, düzeltme, taşınabilirlik ve silinme talep etme hakkına sahipsin. Talepler için yukarıdaki e-posta adresinden bize ulaşabilirsin.

Çocukların gizliliği

MuCash, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamayız.

Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncellersek, güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır ve "son güncelleme" tarihi değişir.

MuCash Privacy Policy

MuCash ("the app", "we") is a mobile app for personal and business finance tracking. This document explains what data we collect, how it's used, and your rights.

Data we collect

• Account information: your email address, your name (if provided), and basic identity details shared by Google/Apple when you sign in with them.
• Financial records: the income/expense transactions, debt/receivable entries, goals, and recurring rules you manually add. This data is entirely user-entered.
• Subscription status: if you subscribe to MuCash Plus, your subscription status (active/inactive) is processed via RevenueCat.

We never access your bank account, credit card, or SMS messages, and we never ask for that access. All financial records are entered manually.

How we use your data

• To create your account and sync your data across your devices.
• To send in-app notifications (e.g. upcoming debt due dates) — these are scheduled locally on your device.
• To manage your MuCash Plus subscription.

We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it to third parties, and do not include any advertising SDKs.

Services we share data with

• Google Firebase — authentication and database (Google Cloud infrastructure).
• Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple — if you choose to sign in with them.
• RevenueCat — subscription status management (if you use MuCash Plus).
• Apple App Store / Google Play — subscription payments are processed by these stores; your card details never reach us.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, email privacy@mucash.app; we'll process your request within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us at the email above to exercise these rights.

Children's privacy

MuCash is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the new version will be posted here with an updated "last updated" date.
